What is the CMA Final Course?

CMA Final is a course or an exam is the third level for students interested to pursue a career in Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA). CMA Final course is also conducted by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) or ICMAI.

What is the eligibility criteria to do the CMA Final Course?

One can be eligible for CMA Final only after he/she gets through the CMA Inter / CMA Intermediate exam and also the candidate has to complete a minimum of 15 moinths of practical training in finance or accounts.

What are the subjects in CMA Inter / CMA Intermediate Course?

CMA Final Exam Pattern

Candidates appearing for the CMA Final exam should know about the exam pattern to understand what to expect on the exam day.

CMA Final Exams are conducted twice in a year May and November.
Exam Medium – Hindi and English
Candidates must score at least 40% of marks in every paper and minimum aggregate of 50% in all the papers to pass the CMA Final.
No Negative marks
CMA Final Group 3 and Group 4 total 8 papers. Each Group can be written separately. All are Subjective Papers.
The maximum duration is 3 hours and each paper will be of 100 marks
Only one Examination for a day
CMA Final Exam has to be written manually

What is the Registration Fees for CMA Final Course?

The Fees mentioned below is the registration fees for CMA Inter both oral and postal, not coaching fees. The registration fees have to be paid through online to “The Institute of Cost Accountants of India” (ICAI). For more details about the fees visit www.icmai.in.

CMA Final Registration Fees

A student after passing out both the groups of CMA Inter / CMA Intermediate can register for the CMA Final Course. The Registration fee for CA Final is Rs. 17,000.
